Welcome To The Online Enrollment Portal For Mulligan Scholars

We have broken down the enrollment process into several easy to follow steps.  Please follow the guidance provided below and you'll be well on your way to confirming your enrollment in Penn Foster High School. 

STEP ONE

Download the Penn Foster Student Handbook.  Please be certain to read this handbook in its entirely before you begin your classes.  It contains very valuable information that will help to ensure that your high school educational experience is a positive and successful one.

STEP TWO

Complete the online enrollment form.  The information provided in this enrollment form is for the sole purpose of enrolling you into Penn Foster High School. All information provided is secured 

via 256 bit SSL connection that encrypts sensitive data before it is sent and is not shared, rented or otherwise provided to any outside 3rd party for any reason at any time.

STEP THREE

Once your enrollment application is submitted, please allow up to 7 business days for Penn Foster to process your application.  Once you begin receiving emails from Penn Foster, it will contain important items like your student ID, and other important enrollment information.  Once you receive your student ID from Penn Foster, we recommend that you contact Student Services to schedule an initial phone consultation with your student guidance counselor to answer any questions you may have about getting started.  That phone number will be provided to you directly from Penn Foster.
